Ordering
1. All items currently not in stock at our local warehouse will ship from the manufacturer.
2. Ariat orders that ship to the states of California or Texas will ship approximately in three weeks from manufacturer.
3. Lucchese orders that are currently not in stock will ship approximately in eight weeks from manufacturer.
4. All orders shipping to an APO address must place orders via telephone.
Defective Merchandise
BootBay.com has a six-month policy for manufacture defects. This does not include comfort or wear. If you feel your boot is defective you must follow the same steps as an exchange, and include a letter explaining the defect. Please be informed that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to Bootbay.com. Once we receive the item, it will be evaluated and if found defective, we will replaced the item. If we determine that there is no defect we will return the item back to you.

Orders are shipped within 3 to 15 business days from receipt. If there is a problem shipping your order within 3 business days, we will notify you by e-mail.

**Orders from Alaska and Hawaii require a $50.00 shipping fee.
*Orders under $59.00 require a $9.75 shipping fee
We do NOT ship to PO Box's or via USPS.
All orders shipping to an APO address must place orders via telephone.
All Socks and Promotional Items will be shipped via ground.
We will only ship to The United States of America.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your order, we will try every means to cancel your order.
However we try to process orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your
order quickly. Sometimes we can't stop the item(s) from shipping, so in this
case the cancellation will be handled as a return.
