Dear BootBay.com Customer,
We value your business and appreciate your order. We also understand that on occasion you may need a refund on your merchandise. So you have 120 days from date of purchase to return the new item(s). Returns must be in the original box and unworn for a refund. Please wrap all boxes so the postage is not stuck to the box. Also try to use recyclable packing not styrofoam. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use FedEx or UPS for returning items and keep a copy of your tracking number. If you have any questions simply email returns@bootbay.com or contact a BootBay.com Customer Service Representative toll free at 800-930-3668, Monday - Thursday 10:00am EST to 6:00pm EST, Friday 9:00am EST to 3:00pm EST. Returns without a Return Authorization number (your order number) will NOT be accepted and will be returned to sender. Refunds will be applied to the card used on the original purchase.
