I am writing this letter because I just received excellent customer service. This is my first pair of Justin Boots and I was being called to let know that the boots I ordered were on back order. The customer service lady was very pleasant and walked me through options that I had. At the end we ended up going with the same boot but in a different width that will end up being much more comfortable and a better fit. Thank you for a great buying experience!

I had shopped around for my new pair of boots, and once I settled on which style of Tony Lama's I wanted, I called Bootbay to see if I could get a price match. They lowered their price by $17! The boots shipped to Chicago very quickly, and most importantly, they look and fit great, even with my wide feet and large calves. I bought two pair of boots online. I just love my Justin/Ariat western boots. Very comfy and not to mention beautiful! I have been waiting for the higher western boots to come back in the stores. I couldn’t find them any where, all I could find were the shorter western boots. I can tuck my pants in my boots without the pants coming out. Your prices are better than the boot barn. Yes.....love them!

Just bought the Men's Python Boots from you and received it on the 5th business day!!! Now that's what I call fast shipping!!! It was definitely the cheapest price I’ve found for these boots, didn't expect too much because of the price but when I opened it up here at work I was SHOCKED and so were my co-worker's!!! they all wanted to know where I bought these and I told everyone about your company. This is my second order with your company and I just love my Durango boots! I have people here in Bismarck, North Dakota asking me where I got those great looking boots and I tell them Bootbay! Just last Saturday a woman stopped me in the store and asked me where I got my boots. I gave her your email address. I know if she buys any product from you that she will be more than satisfied.

I have had nothing but good things with bootbay but I am disappointed with this last boot that I purchased from them. Oil tanned boot is very hard for me to get on even after I have put powder on the inside to make it easier to get on. I would not recommend this boot to anyone. Sorry. I will continue to do business with bootbay, they have always treated me fairly.

I've always had a hard time finding a place that had a good selection of boots. Most of the time it has been pick the best of what they may have in stock. With "bootbay" I was able to look at so many boots in the price range I was willing to spend I just loved it. Well I found 3 pair that I liked. I couldn’t make up my mind so I ordered all 3. My wife asked what pair I was going to keep I told her I would decide when they came in an I was able to try them on. Well the first pair to come in was a pair of women’s boots (not what I had ordered) I called and the service department sent me a prepaid shipping lable to return them. No problem. The other 2 pair arrived I tried them on and keep both pair. Then about 4 days after sending the first pair back ,the boots I had ordered arrived. I tried them on and keep them too. Now I'm looking at 2 more pair of boots. Well the bottom line is I got great boots at a good price and great service. What more can a person ask for!

I had been searching for several months for just the right type of boot for my fiance'. I was about to just give up when I found your site on-line & could not believe what I found!!! The Tony Lama's were (and are) perfect - the quality & fit are just right. They are absolutely perfect! Your shipment time was very short also. I was disappointed... they sent me the wrong size boots and wanted me to pay to return them... I actually needed them the next day so I did not know what to do... I was very very disappointed and so far have not gotten a satisfactory resolve from Customer Service. At this point I don't know if I could recommend this company and I very much wanted to.

...for the very timely delivery of my Chippewa men's motorcycle boots model #27909. We ordered them late in the afternoon of the 13th and received them on the 15th.

We paid the express shipping (3-5 business days) but still held out little hope they would arrive in time for my birthday on the 18th but you guys came through.

I ordered two pairs of boots, the second pair arrived today. The order was completed in less than 5 business days. I'd tried another site and after 2 weeks contacted their customer service for an order status, three e-mails later no response. I sent a final e-mail canceling the order and informed them I'd notified the bank not to process any payment. I finally got a response to that one and was informed the items were on back order and would ship in an additional 2 weeks. Sent them another notice to cancel the order, found your web site and placed an order for the identical items. Great product selection, great prices and a very smooth transaction. THANK YOU!

After months of telling myself I would really like these boots, I finally decided to take the plunge and splurge on the black fatbaby ariat boot. These boots are undoubtedly the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. I work as a floor attendant at a casino and am on my feet all of the time and walking on carpet over cement. We are required to wear black shoes and these boots are absolutely the best. Not only do they look nice, they are holding up quite well. I polish and shine them once a week and that's it. They look better and better as time goes on. One remarkable thing about them is that for my whole life, my little toe has always curved downward, so that the little tiny nail is almost perpendicular to the floor. Since I have worn these boots my little toes have amazingly started to actually straighten out! So I am glad I decided to get them and have recommended them to everyone I know. Now, I save for a pair to wear when I'm not at work, I'll probably try for the brown ones next. Just wanted the company to know how extremely happy I am with my boots. I hope they never wear out, but if they do, I'll definitely get some more!

I have made several purchases from Bootbay over the course of the last seven years, and have been extremely satisfied every time. Customer service is great with free shipping, no tax, no waiting in line, no fighting for a parking place and great prices. I've never had any problem with returns and I just open my front door and they put the boots right in my hand. What more could you want?
