What's on my Statement?
Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.
BootBay.com has a two-month policy for manufacture defects. This does not include comfort or wear. If you feel your boot is defective you must follow the same steps as an exchange, and include a letter explaining the defect. Please be informed that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to Bootbay.com. Once we receive the item, it will be evaluated and if found defective, we will replace the item and refund the amount plus cost of ground shipping, if you send a receipt showing the amount. If we determine that there is no defect and the item has been worn we will return the item back to you.
