*Customers have 60 days from date of purchase to return new, unworn items unless suspected to be defective.
*All footwear comes with a 90-day warranty against any manufacturer defects.
*7 day comfort guarantee on initial purchase unless otherwise stated from manufacturer.
*Special orders on non-stock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
*Worn returns made under comfort guarantee will be issued a gift card or exchange only.
*Returns deemed defective will be issued a gift card or exchanged for the original sale amount.
*If an item goes on sale up to 7 days after the initial purchase, the customer may receive a price adjustment.
*Purchases tendered with a check must wait 10 business days before any refund will be issued.
